Nice basic hotel in the centre of Matsue, just a short walk from the train station. The complimentary breakfast was simple but tasty. Even though there weren't many foreign tourists in Matsue, it was possible to get by with English and very basic Japanese at the hotel.

The location is terrific, just 1 minutue walk from Matsue station. Staff are helpful. Room and all facilities are excellent. Breakfast is ok. Valued for money.
